No reply option on some pages?

Dmoney:
Why is there no button to reply to topics in some of the marketplace forums? Specially vehicles and trailers.
Never had this issue before

Where have you been??? You have not been able to "Reply" to for Sale items for a com years.  To keep the trolls away

Justin:
We cut out replies about 6 years ago because it became a breeding ground for troll behavior.
You can PM the seller.
