Just got a new android phone and when i view pics on the forum i only get three quarters of the pic the right side is cut off
not a big deal its more then likley somthing i have or haven't done. any idears?

It's the android browser.. newer versions work better

Ahh I just tried..yer right same shit..for some reason I thought it worked at some point though.

I know firefox is available for android post v 2.somethingsomething..haven't tried it on this board though

Do you have the Nexus or Nexus S?

Same thing happens on my iPoon
TJ - 4.0, 5 Speed, HP30, 8.8 w/Discs and LSD, 4.10's, 33x10.5 KM2, XRC rock sliders, CB, 2.5" junkyard lift, 1" MML/BL, AA SYE/CV shaft, some other crap.

Installed firefox, tried it out.. you can scroll through the picture, which is reasonable. Better than nothing that's for sure.

I heard opera is decent for mobile browsing.. maybe i'll try that out too

No dice.. same deal. Everything ELSE about the browser is GREAT though.. i'm impressed thusfar.. very fast, good tabbing functionality..

Or I can tell you its a problem with the latest version of SMF 2.0.1 and has been broke since the upgrade last month. It will be fixed in due time.

well that may be one problem but mine was like this before the upgrade happened as you can tell by the date of my op

It does it with chrome too, however, with chrome you can make the window bigger to see the picture.. it's a coding issue on the website for sure, hard set post viewing area or something ..not sure how you could avoid it besides having the site automatically resize the image or force window size or something.

All in all I think it's something the browser should compensate for since on the fly image resizing is just silly

This is what was broken with the upgrade. You'll notice the problem exists viewing on a PC too.

I'm using the dolphin hd browser on my android phone.  There is no issue with picture viewing whatsoever now, every picture is full
