PM notification

I've noticed that I no longer receive notification when I get a fresh PM. Checked my settings and I'm ste up to get the pop-up. No pop-up and nothing in the top bar. Is anyone else experiencing this? It almost cost me a deal, so I'd like to figure this out soon. Thanks y'all- Hogbone
